According to official website there is no software updates available to install, you can still upload saved activities to Garmin Connect using Garmin Express.
The download link is broken on their website as well. The official page still exits, but after you click Download, a new page loads with blank items without any possibility to obtain the software. Since this software appears to be discontinued, I recommend checking the Garmin Express one. It's said that it supports transferring data related to sport on the compatible devices.
