Garmin ANT Agent is a handy application that loads your sport results from the Garmin fitness devices into your computer. Later these data can be transferred to Garmin Connect or Garmin Training Center applications, where you can process your fitness data. ANT Agent supports Forerunner 50 and Forerunner 405 sport watches that are ideal for running, cycling and other fitness activities. ANT Agent requires a USB ANT Stick for the program to work properly. This unique tool can detect your device within 3 meters from your computer and transfer data. These data can be transferred both automatically and manually. You should keep in mind that if you download data from your device to Garming ANT Agent, they must be transferred to the appropriate Garmin program in order not to lose the original data before you attempt to download extra information. You can also set up the program to erase the data on your device after you’ve transferred them. ANT Agent runs in the background and is located in the Windows tray at the bottom of your screen.
